For that bit of roof that seems like you can scrap it you need to. It would be so nice to see the houses made livable. This mod allows you to repair sanctuary s houses using the workshop interface restoring their roof and outer walls and cleaning the interior. Sanctuary s settlers don t seem to be making much progress on fixing those houses.

Ive seen mods that restore it to pre war but nothing that just repairs the houses fixing the walls and roofs with the existing rusty textures. To get this mod to work i recommend scrap everything make sure to load my esp after scrap everything. I tried the rug glitch but could not get it too work.
